Psycho Pig Bar-B_Que was SO delicious!!! Their BBQ paired perfectly with Colterris Winery's award-winning 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. I pigged out on their mac-n-cheese loaded with brisket. 🐷 Absolutely recommend them to anyone who loves BBQ!!! It was so great working with them tonight at the Collections After Dark event.

Best BBQ in Delta County, for sure. Great people, great flavor, and an easy menu to choose from. They just started producing their own sauces and my SUPER picky kids couldn't get enough!
